High daily volumes?

A200 and RAPID systems may be more relevant when the required processing rate exceeds a standard batch machine’s capability.

Farm incinerator buying guide

Choose around your farm’s disposal needs.

What size livestock incinerator do I need?

Use both your normal and peak waste quantities, then check the largest animal’s dimensions and weight. A poultry farm, pig unit and cattle operation can need very different chamber sizes and loading arrangements. Compare the SB, TB and TB-AB alongside the smaller Mini range, and allow for safe handling and space around the equipment.

Is loading capacity the same as waste processed per day?

No. Loading capacity describes the permitted load; processing rate and available operating hours determine whether a system can keep up with your waste. Cooling, ash removal, loading time and waste composition also affect the schedule. For a high daily requirement, explore high capacity incinerators rather than choosing a batch machine only by its load rating.

What affects the price of a farm incinerator?

Equipment size, fuel configuration, loading accessories and the installation location affect the quotation. Compare the complete scope: machine, shipping, import costs where applicable, unloading, foundations, utilities, installation and training. We can help separate equipment costs from project allowances so you know what still needs confirming.

What should I check before installing an incinerator?

Confirm site access, a suitable base, fuel and power supplies, safe loading and ash handling. Local planning, environmental and operating requirements must be checked with the relevant authorities for your location and waste. Share your farm location, waste type, quantities and largest animal size when you request a livestock incinerator quotation.
