Ironbranch Solutions is based in Scott County, Illinois, United States, with business activities connecting the United States and Japan. This notice explains how we handle information provided through business and recruiting inquiries.
Information and its use
When you contact us through a website form, email, phone, WhatsApp or social media, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss our services. This may include your name, contact details, business requirements, work experience, resume, preferred location and availability. Recruiting information helps us consider suitable opportunities and communicate with you about them.
Please share only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send Social Security numbers, passport copies, banking details or medical records in an initial inquiry.
Website inquiry forms
Equipment, genetics and recruiting forms collect the contact details and requirements you choose to provide. Submissions are emailed to our team and stored in a private WordPress inbox using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo. Submission records may include an IP address, browser details and time for administration and spam prevention. Access to that inbox requires an authorized WordPress account. Contact us to request removal of your inquiry. The optional future job opportunities checkbox is separate from permission to respond to your current inquiry.
Resumes and employers
We discuss employer submissions with applicants and tell them when we intend to send their resume to an employer. Employers receiving a resume handle it under their own privacy practices. Contact us if you want to limit a submission or have questions about a particular employer.
If you want us to consider you for future opportunities, we keep your resume in Google Drive for that purpose. You can ask us to stop considering you for future roles and remove your retained resume. We do not specify a fixed retention period for this optional future opportunity service. Records needed for an ongoing matter or a legal obligation may need to be retained separately.
Service providers and international handling
Our work uses services including Hostinger for the website, Google services for email and document storage, and WhatsApp or social platforms when you contact us there. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Our business connects Japan and the United States, so an inquiry may involve handling information in either country and in countries where service providers operate. Contact us before submitting information if you have concerns about where it will be handled.
Website technology and external content
Hosting and website services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details to operate and protect the site. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and preferences. Some page images load from external sources including Unsplash, Addfield and Genesus; loading them connects your browser to those services. Links to Facebook, WhatsApp and partner websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect login functions.
Questions and requests
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from future recruiting consideration, email jordan@ironbranchsolutions.org. For Japanese language assistance, contact Hikari@ironbranchsolutions.org. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any required recordkeeping. We cannot remove copies already held independently by an employer or another service; we can help identify the appropriate contact.

取得する情報と利用目的
ウェブフォーム、メール、電話、WhatsApp、SNSでご連絡いただいた情報を、お問い合わせへの回答とサービスのご相談に使用します。氏名、連絡先、事業上のご要望、職歴、履歴書、希望勤務地、就業可能時期などが含まれる場合があります。採用関連の情報は、適した求人の検討とご本人への連絡に使用します。
お問い合わせに必要な情報のみお送りください。最初のお問い合わせでは、社会保障番号、パスポートの写し、銀行情報、医療記録は送らないでください。
ウェブサイトのお問い合わせフォーム
設備、種豚・育種、人材採用のフォームでは、ご入力いただいた連絡先とご要望を取得します。送信内容は担当者にメールで通知し、Contact Form 7とFlamingoを使ったWordPressの非公開受信箱に保存します。管理と迷惑送信対策のため、IPアドレス、ブラウザー情報、送信日時が記録される場合があります。この受信箱の閲覧には、権限を持つWordPressアカウントが必要です。お問い合わせ情報の削除をご希望の場合はご連絡ください。将来の求人案内への任意の同意は、現在のお問い合わせへの回答に関する同意とは別です。
履歴書と雇用主への提出
履歴書を雇用主に提出する場合は、応募者とその提出について話し合い、送付する予定をお伝えします。受領した雇用主は、それぞれのプライバシー方針に基づいて情報を取り扱います。提出先を制限したい場合や、特定の雇用主について質問がある場合はご連絡ください。
将来の求人紹介を希望される場合は、その目的でGoogle Driveに履歴書を保管します。将来の求人検討の停止や、保管した履歴書の削除を依頼できます。この任意の求人紹介に関する保管には、固定の保存期間を設けていません。進行中の案件や法令上の義務に必要な記録は、別途保持する必要がある場合があります。
外部サービスと国外での取り扱い
ウェブサイトにはHostinger、メールや文書保管にはGoogleのサービスを利用し、連絡方法に応じてWhatsAppやSNSも利用します。各事業者は、それぞれの利用規約とプライバシー方針に基づいて情報を処理します。日本と米国をつなぐ事業のため、情報が両国やサービス提供者の運営する国で取り扱われる場合があります。取り扱う場所について懸念がある場合は、情報を送信する前にご相談ください。
